The grant includes funding for Rock Steady Boxing and our group. Our portion of the grant will help to fund our outreach, website, and the resumption of in-person meetings. This was one of two community grants awarded this year to organizations located in New Mexico. The other was entitled “Pickleball Is Perfect 4 People With Parkinsons” which is funded through the New Mexico Arizona Pickleball Association. A press release was in the New Mexican on September 1.
