Care Givers Day by the Memory Care Alliance

A day of education, resources, and community awareness. This year’s keynote speaker is Gary Glatzner of the Alzheimer’s Poetry Project.

- Seats are limited. Reservations are required. The suggested donation of $20 includes all presentations for the day and lunch.
- Lunch for Caregiver Day will be provided. You will have 3 options (Turkey Sandwich, Hero Sandwich or a Veggie Sandwich) which you can choose in the registration form below. Each lunch will include chips, dessert & soda/water.
